The George Russell aerial photography collection contains glass plate negatives, film negatives, nitrate negatives, and photographic prints of aerial photographs of California taken by George Russell. The majority of the photographs document the development of the Bay Area in the 1920s and 1930s. George Russell was an aerial photographer in the 1920s to mid-1930s.
